Wow! (2009-05-30)
This waffle iron is GREAT & great buy. It is so easy to use and clean. I use it at home every weekend and in class with my preschoolers. I make enough to freeze some and pop in the toaster to crisp up and eat without anything on it...
My preschoolers cannot get enough of these waffles. We did a taste test for dipping. Syrup was not allowed. We dipped in melted chocolate, applesauce, lemon curd, pumpkin butter, jam & jelly, mustard and catsup.. We put the recipe and our results in our end of the cookbook. Father's day we will be doing the Cornmeal, bacon & cheese, Blueberry and Cinnamon Waffles.. And the dipping sauces will be the above for Dad's to try their childs favor.

Just what I needed! (2009-04-08)
This came at the perfect time. I was spending so much money buying organic mini waffles for my 3 yo son. So when I heard about the waffle stick maker from a friend, I ordered it right away! It's wonderful! I'm able to make healthy, fiber rich waffles for my family. I use whole wheat flour, add wheat germ, throw in flax seed meal, you name it! There are even some great recipes included with the appliance. My son loves the waffles we make just as much as the frozen "baby waffles" and I know these are even better for him. We make a huge batch on the weekend and then freeze them. I pop a couple into the toaster oven each morning and voila! ...just as easy as the expensive frozen mini waffles! He loves to dip them in peanut butter and jelly.

It's easy to clean and small enough to store in the cupboard (I don't love storing appliances on my countertop) I highly recommend this product!

It's too hard to clean. (2009-01-21)
Before i purchased this waffle maker, i read that it was easy to clean. i do not find that, at all. i have to go in and out all the crevases with soapy water and a wet cloth and then rinse it the same way. It's a pain in the neck.

Kids love it. (2009-01-08)
This is the second Cuisinart waffle stick maker we have purchased after I ruined the first one we had. We use this one every week. It is great for kids because they love to dip their waffle sticks. I would highly recommend this waffle maker to anyone with children!

finger food (2008-12-28)
the cuisinart dip 8 stainless steel waffle dippers sticks maker is great. i gave it to my adult daughter at christmas and she immediately started using it. the kids got a great breakfast while opening their christmas presents. so easy to pick up and eat. wonderful product
